I ordered from smilemakers.com and the package arrived looking like it had been through a lot. The box was crushed, barely sealed properly, and the items inside looked like they’d been tossed around. For what I paid, I expected way better packaging. I also never got any kind of follow-up or check-in about the issue, which made it even more frustrating. I probably won’t order again if this is how they ship things

"Felt like the selection was limited"
I remember going on smilemakers.com expecting to browse through a bunch of different options, but after a while it felt like I was seeing a lot of the same kinds of products. Some of the categories didn’t have much to choose from either. If you’re just looking for basic stuff, it’s probably fine, but I got bored quickly. From what I recall, I just wish they had a wider variety.

I ordered a few small toys and dental giveaway items from SmileMakers, and overall I was happy with the value. The prices were better than a few other sites I looked at, and once I checked the email receipt, it felt like I got a solid amount of stuff for what I paid.
Shipping did take a little longer than I expected, and a few of the items are definitely on the basic side, but for the price it wasn’t a big deal. I’d probably order from them again, especially for simple giveaway items

I ordered a few things for our patient reward box, i wasn’t too impressed. A lot of the prizes felt kind of cheap and not really like something kids would be excited to pick after a dental visit. Some of the options were just ridiculous for a dental office setting. Shipping was fine, but the selection really didn’t work for what we needed. I was expecting better choices for dental rewards.

"Cute items, but the quality was hit or miss"
I picked up a few small prizes and stickers from smilemakers to restock our office kids box, and some of the stuff was genuinely cute. A few items looked just like the pictures and the stickers were pretty much what I expected.
That said, the quality wasn’t super consistent. Some of the little toys felt cheaper than I hoped, and one of them broke not long after we opened it, which was a little disappointing.
Overall, I wouldn’t say it was a bad order, but it also didn’t totally win me over. Personally, I’d order simple things like stickers again, but I’d be more cautious about buying toys from them next time.

"Great little mix of toys"
I was just looking for some small prizes for my kids’ class and ended up finding way more options than I expected on SmileMakers. They had stickers, fidgets, cute little animals, and just all kinds of fun little stuff. Some of the items are simple, but for the price, that’s totally fine. It was also easy to pick different things for different ages. I’ll probably order again once we start running low.

"Refund took forever and the queue didn’t help"
I ordered from Smile Makers and ended up needing a refund, but the whole thing was more annoying than it should’ve been. I felt like I was constantly stuck waiting in a queue or waiting for someone to finally reply. I had to follow up more than once before anything actually started moving. To be fair, I did get my money back in the end, but it took way too long. Not a complete disaster, just really frustrating.

I ordered a few things for my clinic and honestly... they’ve held up better than I expected. They’re not perfect, sure, but for daily use so far, they’ve been solid enough. No real complaints at this point.

Checkout worked okay overall, like everything went through without any issues. It did feel a bit slow though, and I kept wondering if it was loading or if I needed to click again. Not a huge deal, but yeah, it could be a bit smoother.

A few of the things I actually went in looking for were out of stock, which was kind of frustrating. I still picked up a couple of decent options because I didn’t want the trip to be a total waste, and they worked out okay. I just wish the selection had been a little more reliable.

"Billing came out right the first time"
I ordered a few prize box items for our office, and I was expecting the bill to get a little messy because I used a coupon and had a different shipping setup.
But everything on the invoice match what I saw at checkout. No random extra fees showed up, and the tax and shipping was exactly what I was expecting.
My card ended up being charged the same amount too, which was a relief. It’s not often I don’t have to call someone about billing, so this was an easy 5 stars from me.

I wasn’t really expecting much, but the promo code did work at checkout and knocked the price down a bit. The site was straightforward to use too, which I guess was a nice surprise. No real issues with getting the discount applied.

I grabbed a few little prizes for my kids, and the age labels actually made a difference. I didn’t have to sit there guessing if something would be too babyish or way too advanced. Then suddenly, huge relief—everything was pretty much exactly what I expected.
My 4-year-old and 8-year-old both ended up finding stuff they were excited about, which is not always how these things go. It made picking safe, simple little items a lot easier, and I’d definitely use them again.

"Account management was way more frustrating than it should’ve been"
I had a annoying time trying to manage my account. What should’ve been a simple fix turned into a whole back-and-forth with support, and it took way too long to get sorted out. The most frustrating part was that it felt like they kept pointing to little policy loopholes instead of just helping me directly. I get that companies have rules, but it really felt like the system was set up to make things harder than necessary.
